TC Energy Tower is a smoke-free working environment. Smoking is only permitted immediately outside the building entrance on the South side of the building exiting via the Atrium. You must be at least 5 meters away from any entrance or exit. We ask that you respect our request to avoid smoking by the children's playground on the East side of the tower or directly in front of the main entrance to the building. At this time it is H&R REIT - MSLP' s policy that e-cigarettes are prohibited in a similar fashion as tobacco containing products under the Tobacco Reduction Act. Therefore e-cigarettes are not allowed to be used within the premises and can only be used 5 metres away from the building entrance/exits.
