Elevators
Elevator service in the TC Energy Tower exceeds the industry average for response time and excels in passenger safety. Fujitec services all the elevators in the TC Energy Tower. The door protection system is specifically designed to eliminate accidents as passengers enter and exit the elevators.
You can contact us from an elevator at any time. Just press the Talk Button and you will receive immediate assistance. There is someone available to respond 24 hours a day.
If you notice a problem with an elevator, call the Security Office or inform a Security Guard. Our repair personnel will ensure that the elevator is checked immediately.
Lobby Displays and Events
For information on how to book a lobby event, Lobby booking forms, and space availability can be obtained by contacting Tenant Services at 403-215-2371 or TCTservice@hrreit.ca .
Plus 15 Walkway Systems
With three enclosed bridge systems linking TC Energy Tower, you can get just about anywhere without stepping outside. For assistance with directions to another downtown building, please inquire at the Main Reception desk in the main lobby or consult the +15 map at the top of the escalators.
Public Washrooms
Public washrooms are located on the Plus 15 level. For more information, please inquire at the Main Reception desk in the main lobby. These washrooms are also accessible to the mobility reduced.
Retail
Seoul Street, is a food hall consisting of five different vendors, which offer Korean cuisine, pizza, pasta, smoothies, crepes, sandwiches, coffee and more. Seoul Street operates from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Starbucks Coffee, Fine freshly roasted coffees, high quality teas and fresh snacks, operates from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday: www.starbucks.com
